چکیده
With the expanding nanotechnology, nanoparticles (NPs) embedded products are used in agricultural sector to improve soil fertility. Thus, two typical metal oxides NPs and their mixtures were applied different doses evaluate impacts on microbes. CuO ZnO boosted microbial communities as reflected by increased number of extractable bacterial or fungal groups enlarged values Chao 1, ACE, Shannon indices. Relative abundance some susceptible taxa such Sphingomonadales with increasing concentrations NPs, while IMCC26256 decreased NPs. The mixture did not show more promotional effects community than sum individual effects. Increased organic carbon mitigated bacteria for but As micro-nutrients, ions released from had potential promote richness diversity. However, positive MNPs impaired at dosage higher 250 mg kg ?1 (213.08 Cu, 162.73 Zn). application dose type other coexistence should be considered before wide use productivity. • Both promoted Positive microbes high concentrations. Particulate dissolved forms explained showed no additional benefits impact was affected environmental factors.

The Combined Effect of Copper Oxide and Magnesium Oxide Nanoparticles Against Water and Food Borne Bacteria
Background: The incidence of foodborne infectious diseases has been stable and even increased in many countries. Improper use of antibiotics due to the prevalence of microbial diseases has caused drug resistance. So nanotechnology has many attractive applications in the food industry, such as food preservation and food quality control. By the reason, the absorptive and antibacterial features of...

In the present study, various size of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) was synthesized via Sol-gel method. The photocatalytic activity of the synthesized ZnO NPs was investigated for the Decolourization of three different colored dyes viz. Congo Red, Acid Blue 9 and Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 under UV lamp. Zinc Chloride (Zncl2) and Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) were ...
متن کاملAssessing the Impact of Copper and Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles on Soil: A Field Study
It is not known if the annual production of tonnes of industrial nanoparticles (NPs) has the potential to impact terrestrial microbial communities, which are so necessary for ecosystem functioning. Here, we have examined the consequences of adding zero valent copper and zinc oxide NPs to soil in pots that were then maintained under field conditions. The fate of these NPs, as well as changes in ...
